I hustled and used my marinating Exidia crenata in an experiment today! Fried pork and cabbage dumplings with amber jelly fungus and garlic chive paste. I had walked 12km running errands today and carried 40lb of groceries up my hill, so I ate about 30 dumplings. Delicious.
