미국 얘기. 45분 뒤에 Little v. Hecox 구술변론 시작합니다. 끝나고 나서는 West Virginia v. B.P.J. 구술변론 열릴 예정이고. 트랜스젠더 학생들이 (트랜스여성이 메인타겟) 지정성별 팀에만 들어갈 수 있도록 강제하는 법의 위헌/합헌 여부를 가리는 사건들입니다. 어차피 구술변론은 안 봐도 뻔하니 듣고 멘헤라 터지느니 저는 아예 발을 뺄 생각. 전자는 트랜스젠더 학생 분이 대학 스포츠 팀 들어가는 거 포기해서 소송 취하한다고 하는데 아이다호 주가 악을 쓰고 버텨대서 결국 구술변론 열림. 잔인한 것들
