Hi there, Shop friends. Because it came up in some reports, I wanted to let you know the current take on holos.social.

The TL;DR is, this is a legit ActivityPub-based fediverse project taking a slow road and an ethical approach to building a fedi-wide search.

I'll continue to pay attention to its progress, but as yet there's no reason for an instance-wide block. It is nothing but a follower for your account, so you may block it yourself.
