there's this ttrpg podcast/youtube channel I watch pretty regularly and the main thing that stands out for me is that 95% of the time, the guy who's DMing refers to EVERYONE as "they"

like he will establish gender but then everyone is a "they." he is so bizarrely consistent with it too. this guy looked at the singular they and then forgot the other pronouns
