There is a dismal lack of free public spaces in America today where you can exist without having to pay for it. In particular there is nowhere you can go to smell all the tortillas without having to buy one. I'd like to propose that the library replace one of their book shelves with a tortilla shelf, where you can go and smell a tortilla any time you need to, free of charge, like they let you do with books.
