Bei Verträgen des Staates mit Unternehmen kann es keine "Vertraulichkeit" und "Geschäftsgeheimnisse" geben.

Kann es schon, aber dann ist es eben keine Demokratie.

Das öffentliche Interesse an Transparenz überwiegt IMMER. Besonders, wenn Mensch oder Umwelt direkt betroffen sind.
