To restore the original hyper*text* idea, I desire a #browser plugin that allows me to

- mark sites that try to dictate or impede my reading experience, including by pop-ups of any kind

- also mark paywalled links and links that are not worth clicking for other reasons (use of "genAI" ...)

- add warning sings to links to these sites to avoid clicking and wasting time

- add a per-site menu: "block", "noscript", "add client script to suppress nonsense" etc.

- share this information with peers
