Dear python, if I want to use a virtual environment I will. If not. then assume I want something installed system wide.

Hint. I never want to use a python virtual environment. If I need some sort of virtual system I'll create a whole fucking vm, and install it system wide on the vm. Stop refusing to do shit cos it's not inside a virtual environment.
