Time for a new construction thread!

I bought a small apartment in the center of Athens and I'm going to renovate it.

I will attempt to do everything I can myself. I'm not confident I can do everything but I'll try my best. I find this sort of work satisfying, low stress and something I hope I will be eventually proud of.
