반년 전인가 한국 마이크로 소프트에 문제해결을 위해 전화를 해본적이 있었다. 핫메일 해킹 시도 건 때문에 문의하기 위해서였는데, AI 상담원의 끊임없는 루프에 휘말려 결국 아무것도 해결하지 못했다. 과거 엑스박스 360이나 엑스박스원 시절에 전화했을 때랑 그 응대가 완전히 달라진 거라 무척 당황스럽고 불쾌했다.
