Delegating is hard.

If you're like me, you likely got into software engineering because you like it. So you'll be tempted "to do things". It has likely been your happy place most of your career.

I've been here so much.

You'll give yourself a lot of different reasons why you've got to do it instead. But if you reflect on them, they're likely more like excuses than reasons.

Would you accept your own reasons from your boss if you were still an software engineer?
