Good processes do not automatically lead to good outcomes.

The world is generally speaking a bit too complicated for any process to be a one size fits all. And when something goes wrong, your defense of "well, I followed the process" will ring hollow.

Be a good human and turn your brain and feelings on. If what you're doing doesn't make sense, or feels bad, say so.

The world has too many machines in it to have humans turning their hearts and heads into gearboxes.
