It's really hard to over-communicate.

Share it more than once and in more than one place. You will lose track of who you've told what, and one of the most important things you can do is share information with others.

Some nuance here. When people start to try to ensure they're clear, they tend to send the same info repeatedly with slightly different wording.

That's just spam. People will filter it out.
