좀 반대얘기지만
비슷한 결로 사람 영원히 실망시키는것도 정말 사소한 것에서 비롯될 때가 많음
어제 지인들이랑 디코하면서도 얘기한건데
성삼쉑: 사람이 회사를 "진짜" 그만두고 싶을 때는... 일이 캐바빠서 새벽 1시까지 일할 때가 아니야
그렇게 새벽 1시까지 일하고 다음날 비몽사몽 오전 10시에 출근했는데
"왜 지금 오냐"고 한 소리 들을 때지 (ㅅㅂ)
그러니 사람 서운하게 하는거야말로 인력관리에 치명타라생각합니다(이거진짜 회사에서도 가족도 평생 감)
