Are there any niches within IT where

- there is currently a high demand for new employees
- AI is not an immediate existential threat
- people from outside the niche can get a foot in the door?

I'm a full stack Java dev with 10 yrs of experience including DevOps and I just cannot get a foot in the door at any half-decent door with anything Java-related.
