coffee talk spoilers, racism

Finally started playing Coffee Talk for the first time last night. And I really like it! I'm only on Day 8 so far and really love it. I cannot stress this enough

HOWEVER

However.

The heavy focus on fantasy races/racism and its obvious (and imo sometimes heavy-handed) parallels to real-life racism can get uhhhh uncomfortable sometimes. Like. "Orcs being the stand-in for low-paid POC holding up strike demo placards reading 'We still have brain! [sic]'"

The Evening Whispers newspaper in the Coffee Talk universe. The headline story is "'Stop Workplace Racial Profiling!' The Orcish Worker Union Demands" with a photograph of a labor strike of orcs. One of the placards reads 'We still have brain!'"
