FileServerServiceはドライブのファイル配信とメディアプロキシの責務を持ってるけど…表からはFileServerServiceの形式を保ちつつ、それぞれの責務を別クラスに委譲して整理するリファクタが後ろに控えていて、それの布石だヨ（テストの追加だけ）
