What's that law of software that says software will slow down faster than speed of hardware accelerates?

They did it, they made my Mac M3 feel sluggish. #tahoe

Not sure how yet. I see three diagnosticd taking up CPU, and some siriactionsd, even though I (should) have Siri completely disabled on my Mac.
