I cannot describe just how much this AI nonsense is affecting my mental health. Things really took a turn when a coworker sent me a page of Copilot text instead of discussing a software library with me. I don't just want the bubble to burst, I want the technology to die. Completely. Back to before we ever invented it. I don't want to be forced to use it. I don't want to see anyone using it.

But I don't feel I'm actually able to push back on AI use at work because I'm burnt out and can't actually create much output. My coworkers use Copilot and can create much more code that does technically work, even if I find the process dubious. I'm overwhelmed at work. They're making us do too much. I don't have a leg to stand on to fight anything.

Also please do not argue with me about terminology I do not fucking care.
