트럼프의 행동을 학습한 영국의 은행이 혹시나 미국의 비자나 마스터카드 서비스 중지를 무기로 사용할것으로 우려해서 자체 서비스를 2030년까지 준비하기로 했다고 합니다. 연결되있는걸 무기로 사용할 수 있다는걸 보여주면 상대방은 그로부터 분리되는걸 고려하기 시작하죠.
