I'm about to rewrite my janky proof-of-concept (micropython+LWIP+terrible hacks) into rust, and smoltcp is not only right there and beautifully readable, but also @TalesFromTheArmchairPeter Hartley has written a lovely minimal driver for W5x00 for me to build on.
Exciting to have nice tools to work with!

Hopefully I can get it polished up enough to contribute LLDP (and later CDP) support to smolTCP upstream! Unless it's too niche to be wanted.
