今天跟朋友聊天得出的猜想：做一份耗費心力的工作直接影響到好好讀書的能力。離職之後我的耐心才慢慢恢復，不會看不進去書、一直滑無腦youtube影片。果然wlb不只是時間層面的問題，更像是保護自己有限的認知資源。
