So for people following my sugar dramas - my results have now been looked over by the doctor and I have a fairly light insulin resistance, and clear postprandial hypoglycemia.
She wants me to see a nutritionist and adjust my eating to little-and-often, and the usual advice about avoiding refined sugars and carbohydrates. I avoid them anyway, but yes I can reduce my main meal sizes and introduce low/no carbs snacks in between.
There was some talk about wegovy/ozempic if this didn't work
