Medical, metformin, gastro

Ooof, first day taking Metformin with breakfast as well as evening meal.

Evening meal dose has been fine, this one isn't being accepted so lightly, hah. Let's just say I'm glad I'm working from home right now.

I will be sticking with two doses for the foreseeable, so I wonder if I can just move this one over to lunchtime, when I'll have more in my belly 🤔
