Interesting looking at my heart rate graph in Fitbit stats.

My heart rate increases a lot more with emotional stress - i.e. certain meetings, when something has gone wrong, or high alert because of perceived dangers (usually traffic, esp. when accompanying my children riding their bikes near traffic even when they're largely off the road) - compared to just movement.

As in, a cycle trip alone is chill, e-bike or push-bike. But if I've got the kids with me, or it's heavy traffic then it's πŸ«€πŸ«€πŸ«€++
