I've long been confused by the changing Lighthouse ("Core Web Vital") metrics - and they depreciated Time To Interactive (TTI) just as more and more sites and web apps started loading static sites that got "hydrated" with JS later.

At State of the Browser, @zachleatZach Leatherman :11ty: talked about the Interactivity Dead Zone (IDZ) which is effectively TTI minus Largest Contentful Paint (LCP) and I think it's a useful metric even if Lighthouse isn't measuring it any more.
