昨日から話題になっていたユタの大学の恩田さんと、同じ目に遭っている学生達、ACLU(アメリカ自由人権協会)の協力で強制送還命令に対し異議申し立ての訴訟をみんなで起こし、恩田さんのビザは無事に回復して送還の心配は無くなったようだ。

訴訟提出の30分後にビザ回復とのことで、明らかに政府側のやりすぎであったことが分かる。
