@TubstaJason Tubnor 🇦🇺 @stefanoStefano Marinelli I don't know where to start here. Using a packaging system that would blindly update you where the package maintainers hadn't seen this coming and offered no rollback. The proposed first fix failing because "ChatGPT simply generated suggestions based on the old 2.3 documentation".

@TubstaJason Tubnor 🇦🇺 @stefanoStefano Marinelli The #pkgsrc Dovecot maintainer plans to update mail/dovecot2 to 2.4. I think it would be better to add a separate clashing mail/dovecot24 package. If the main package goes to 2.4, I may choose to maintain a dovecot23 package instead
