My university switched its email service (I’m an alumnus and former employee) from Google to Outlook (Microsoft). These days, even large research universities with plenty of servers no longer host their own email; everything is outsourced. It seems there’s a company called Duo (by Cisco) that bridges SSO between the university and Outlook—or between Google and Outlook. Anyway, it’s a bit of a drama between Google, Microsoft, and Cisco — and, obviously, it’s not working.
