txtb --install-plugin mournmail-2 みたいなコマンドで~/.textbringerとかにGemfile/Gemfile.lock（ないしは同等物）を作るのがいいかなあ。そもそも.ruby-versionの影響受けるのが嫌で~/bin/txtbにラッパーを置いてるけど、そのあたりももうちょっと標準的な手段を用意したい
