결국 어떤 자격증명이라는 게 엄정하고 반론불가능할 정도의 정밀도를 요할 수 없으며 사회적으로 대충 합의된 선 아래에서 상호의 납득을 기초로만 이루어질 수 있는 것이라면, 어떤 영역에서만 갑자기 그 납득의 허들을 극도로 엄정하게 높이려 한다면 그만큼 중대한 이유가 있어야만 할 텐데, 보통은 그렇지 않고 그냥 익숙치 않음을 근거로 한 차별이 되고 말 따름이다.
