개인적으로 현금없는결제 금지법안이 통과되었으면 좋겠다. 카드를 누구나 만들 수 있지 못하는 상황이 있을 수 있고 전산망이 마비되면 어떻게 결제를 하겠느냐.. 한국은행권을 한국에서 사용을 못한다는게 말이 되나.
