삼성 HBM4, 구글 TPU용 최종 승인... “내년 공급물량 계약 완료”
삼성전자가 구글의 차세대 AI 칩인 텐서처리장치(TPU)에 탑재되는 HBM(고대역폭 메모리)4 퀄테스트(품질 검증)에 최종 통과, 내년 공급 물량 계약을 완료한 것으로 알려졌다. 삼성전자는 기존에 공급하던 HBM3E까지 포함해 올해 대비 3배 이상 물량을 수주할 예정이다.
