중국 정부가 ‘자국 반도체 장비업체 키우기’를 노골화하면서 국내 장비업계가 직격탄을 맞았다. 자국 반도체 기업에 “외국산 장비 1대를 들일 때마다 국산도 1대 구입한다”는 이른바 ‘50% 룰’을 사실상 적용하고 있어서다.
