그는 마크 저커버그 메타 CEO가 월드 모델 연구에는 호의적이었지만, 새로 영입한 MSL 인력 대부분은 "완전히 LLM에 몰입해 있었다(completely LLM-pilled)"라고 지적했다.
또 “메타 내부에는 내가 LLM으로는 초지능에 도달할 수 없다고 공개적으로 말하지 않기를 바라는 사람들이 많았을 것”이라며 “그러나 과학자로서 양심 때문에 그럴 수는 없었다”라고 말했다.
