삼성전자(005930)의 반도체 파운드리(위탁 생산) 공장 가동률이 선단 공정을 중심으로 80%를 돌파하며 실적이 빠르게 개선되고 있다. 삼성 파운드리를 이용한 6세대 고대역폭메모리(HBM)인 HBM4와 엑시노스 2600 등 자체 개발 칩의 성능이 입증되면서 글로벌 빅테크들의 주문이 밀려들어 연내 분기 흑자 달성이 유력해졌다.
