Python 3.14.2 and 3.13.11 released

Python's development team has released two new versions: 3.14.2 and 3.13.11, with the former coming just three days after its predecessor. The latest release includes 18 fixes, addressing several regressions in multiprocessing, dataclasses, insertdict, and re.
