The SFO Airtrain is by far the most confusing part of arriving at SFO. Utterly hostile user experience and design and poor information. I get confused every time, and I live here.

I remember arriving here as a tourist and going what is Clipper, what is BART, what is Muni? Tourists shouldn’t have to care about our weird systems. It should just work
