期日前投票、初期は「仕事や慶弔くらいの不可抗力じゃなきゃだめ」みたいな縛りがあった記憶。いつからか理由なんてなんでもよくなった。ただ理由を問わなくなってからも現場によっては理由書かせてるのがわりとあった気がする

なお仕事でも慶弔でもない不可抗力なんていくらでもあんだろﾌﾞｰ！！！ってとうじ鼻息を荒くしてました
