While I was waiting for my surgery this Monday, I overheard a couple of conversations among the staff.

1. They were expecting a lively day in the maternity ward, because there was a thunderstorm coming. And apparently there’s more births when there’s a thunderstorm?

2. Wounds bleed more during a full moon
