Description (of probably only the tip of the iceberg) of the spectacular kleptocracy that Trump & Co have ramped up in no time to rob US citizens of their taxpayer and other money.

I see an analogy between addlebrained (for different reasons) Trump and Jeltsin, the drunken Soviet leader who with his signature made an oligarchy ultra-rich and powerful.
