I'm not sure why I do it but I'm working on a slightly crazy project and a small part of that involves installing @postmarketOS on a Samsung A5 2017 (a5y17lte) which I got off eBay for £7 as it had a shattered screen.

Cue a rabbit hole for the last 4 days where I have wrestled the pmbootstrap, solved a bug which has stopped many downstream devices working recently, and then learnt all about adb sideloading and and and finally today I have an installation of running connected over usbnet.

I don't know why I do it to myself... Now to write it up as don't want to have to relearn that all again
