Thinking the problem with the Small Scale Solar posts so far is...I didn't do the "inversion".

The inversion is a trick where you show the fun part *first*, the part that does the unexpected or surprising to catch your interest.

*Then* you backtrack, build up the theory and explanation. It's been so long since I wrote a series I forgot that's a pretty key technique.

I really should go back to outlining my posts again before writing...
