I know the differences, I work professionlaly with Social Media. I can only repeat it: The needs of public accounts like political organisations, media etc. are very different to those of "normal" users.
You can believe that such people have carefully prepared what they will choose and know exactly why.

Replies like this really are not as helpful as you, and some others on here, seem to believe.
Did they ask for recommendations? Do you really believe you are more knowledgeable on this topic than the people you're replying to? Based on what? Maybe they already looked at other options and decided this one works best.
Or maybe they didn't, who cares? Stop bothering people.
