I went to the office to check on things. Luckily, the smell is virtually non-existent, but I left the high windows open.
The doors have some slight swelling at the base (and they're antique doors, even if they've been restored) and the floor shows some white patches of light mold in a few spots.
All in all, I thought it would be worse.
Now we’ll see what the insurance company says.
