What alternatives to Slack are out there that are less stress-inducing and focus more on structured writing? The one I found is https://twist.com - anyone using that?

IMO the use of presence indicators, notification DMs and threads everywhere the antidote to focussed work and makes Slack communication stressful and chaotic.
