I'm talking about my journey in enterprise UX in a private meetup this week: the methods I use to improve complex products, my research and design process. I'm also sharing some lesson learned, from such environment: why UX maturity is low, what to do about it, how to deal with constraints such as politics, change management and more.

Here's my honest process. Acknowledging the fear of complexity, is, part of it. An important part.
