I maintain them via https://delightful.club .. there are 4 fedi-related ones, and the lists themself are hosted on Codeberg in separate repo's (the idea is similar to awesome project on Github, but this is only for FOSS, Open data and Open science. https://codeberg.org/fediverse/delightful-fediverse-apps

Just had a read of that thread. Intrigued by the distinction you draw between social media and social networking. Somewhat similar to mine, about the first being publisher<>audience, the second being friend<>friend (or any two people with an in-person relationship).
