I am having a very hard time believing this is really happening. Fuck you, SpaceX, and fuck you, FCC. This is not regulation, this is a fucking joke, that will destroy our ability to use satellites for centuries.

Ačkoliv jsem vždycky byl fanoušek výzkumu a možná i nějakého průmyslového využití kosmu, tak umístění milion satelitů na nízké oběžné dráze je rozhodně urážka tohohle konceptu. Je to megalomanské gesto, jehož cílem je znemožnit lidstvu právě onu budoucí expanzi do kosmu.

The sad part is we don’t even need all these satellites. All we need is the FCC to direct internet companies to build fiber networks (because the internet has become an undeniable commons) in areas they have refused because they say it isn’t profitable.
