미국이 난민의 귀금속을 압수해서 난민 수용 비용울 충당하겠다고 하는데, 그 발상이 비인도적인 것과 별도로 이것이 미국이 금 축적에 눈을 돌리고 있다는 뜻이라면 그것은 새로운 위험신호라는 생각이 든다.

This is a new low from a govt plumbing the depths of performative cruelty in hopes that the public won’t notice they have no answers to the real issues facing this country A sensible, humane govt would focus on safe routes to prevent people making dangerous small boat crossings
